Cylaris is a diet pill that claims to be effective in helping with weight loss.
The official Cylaris website claims that people on Cylaris lost 15 pounds after taking Cylaris for 8 weeks while a control group on placebo lost only 5 pounds.
Though this is posted all over the website, there is no mention about who conducted the study, and where it was conducted.
There is a list of the ingredients on Cylaris website that includes vitamin B6 and B12, chromium, folic acid and a proprietary weight loss blend of Caffeine Anhydrous, soy albumin extract, green tea extract and Cylaris’s main ingredient, Cissus Quandrangularis. All this however makes Cylaris look more like a vitamin supplement than a weight loss aid.
Cissus quadrangularis is an herb which according to Cylaris website has been used for hundreds of years in supporting healthy cholesterol levels and for weight loss.
Cylaris should be taken before meals. The recommended dosage is 1 capsule, twice a day.
